Medovik or Honey cake

Medovik is a Slavic layer cake popular in countries of the former Soviet Union. The identifying ingredients are honey and condensed milk. It is a dessert that is known for its lengthy preparation time.
This recipe is good for 4 people 

INGREDIENTS: 
Four the dough Medovik
100 gr    butter 
80 gr    honey 
05 gr     baking soda
450 gr     all-purpose flour 
3 pcs     large eggs
150 gr    brown sugar 

100 gr     cream cheese 
200 gr     icing sugar 
100 gr    honey 
300 gr    sour cream 

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
STEP 1
Butter, honey, sugar, baking soda place over the sauce large skillet pan and bring to boil over low heat
STEP 2
Add flour and cook until it forms into a dough then remove from the heat
STEP 3 
Add eggs combine into the dough well 
Now cut the dough into 200 grams each pcs roll very thin like tortilla and place into the tray. Bake in 160 Celsius for 5 to 8 minutes   
For the cream: 
Step 1
Cream, honey icing sugar combine well then add sour cream                 

CHEF TIP
When you make the dough, if the dough is too soft, you can add some flour. Before you bake the honey, choux dough adds some syrup with honey in between.
